3. You've Leaped Part 1
Avoid the pitfalls of losing yourself and remain authentic.
Learn introductory Leadership Best Practices in Navigating the Conversation with those that used to be your peers and gaining respect.
4. You've Leaped Part 2
We'll expand on elements from Module 3 and implement the use of Leadership tools to get buyin from your team.
5. You've Leaped Part 3
Part 3 is focused on refining processes that will help you become a successful leader and continue on your journey.
Create an effective coaching style for all directions.

The online community is a forum to allow peer to peer interaction and support on your respective leadership journey.
